If you do experience some

“Irritable Bowel”. According
to a study by John Hopkins university, over 15% of the population in
developed countries suffers from this condition.

Abdominal pain (pain in the tummy). Often
sharp & uncontrollable.

Diarrhea (or frequent motions). Usually chronic in nature. Passing stool
3 to 8 times each day.

Constipation (or infrequent motions). Usually
with cramping or stomach pain. Motions less than 3 times a week.

Small, lumpy, hard stools. Almost like animal
droppings. Being tired & exhausted from your frequent visits to the
bathroom.

A sensation of incomplete emptying of the
rectum after going to the bathroom. (Always feeling like there’s more to
come).

Bloated feeling in the stomach, physically
looking much more bloated on many days.

Urgency for needing to go to the toilet.

Serious episodes of gas. Passing them as wind
(through the anus, often foul smelling) or belching (also known as
burping).
