Why Diets Don’t Work for Everyone
When you’re on a low-calorie diet and you eat
too few calories (the amount of which is different For everyone),
your brain goes into famine mode, which lowers
your metabolism and tells your body to conserve fat cell, instead of
burn them. After a lot of
dieting, your brain gets more and more sensitive to calorie fluctuation and
it gets next to impossible to lose weight.
This explains why I was never able to lose weight until stopped
eating entirely.
