Neat Diet

 

  You go to the gym three times a week. You do jogging every morning. Is that enough for losing belly fat? Maybe ... but if you add up ‘NEAT (non-exercise activity thermo-genesis) diet’ to your regular exercise, you can double your results. The purpose of the ‘NEAT diet’ is to burn more calories in your daily life with a simple change in your habit. You can invent your own method. It’s not difficult. Just find a way to burn extra calories. I will enlist a few simple things to give you an idea.

 * Use baskets instead of shopping carts at grocery markets if you don't buy many items. * If you use the subway to go to work, stand up all the way instead of waiting for your turn for an empty seat  * If you have business to take care of in the next building from your office, walk little bit fast  *Don't use the TV remote control while lying in bed. Get up, walk to TV and turn the channel by yourself   *Use stairs instead of elevator. ..
