Glucosamine

Is Glucosamine a magic pill for arthritis treatment? 

Glucosamine must be a favorite dietary supplement for those suffering  from arthritis.  Glucosamine is very effective for Osteoarthritis (OA, also known as degenerative arthritis, degenerative joint disease), but less effective for rheumatism arthritis treatment. 

Because glucosamine is made from shellfish, people allergic to crab, lobster or shrimp should avoid it. Besides this, diabetes or people with high cholesterol and high blood pressure prefer not to take glucosamine.

Ginseng is a popular Asian dietary supplement. It is regarded as a mysterious, magical herb to them. Ginseng is good for strengthening the immune system. It also helps people reduce tiredness. But those with symptoms of high cholesterol, diabetes, high blood pressure, or depression shouldn’t take this because it’s very possible side effects can occur.
